Our recent Open Studio & Pop-Up day turned out to be a beautiful reminder of why we do what we do. To be honest, I wasn't entirely sure what to expect. While I had plans in advance for our loyal queen, Tiff, to come in and build, I didn't have any other "for sure" RSVPs. I told my sister and business partner, Cori, that we might just be hanging out with Tiff all day—and honestly, I was totally content with that.

Cori was a little bummed at first, thinking it might be a quiet day, but it turned into a massive teaching moment for both of us.

The Power of "Showing Up"

Despite the rain, the door kept opening. We ended up having six people walk in to explore the studio. Some were there to shop the new pieces, and one lovely customer even stopped by to pick up items for a local ladies' golf tournament basket draw (we love seeing our work out in the community!).

Most, however, were drawn to the floral bar from our May Collection. There is a specific kind of magic in watching someone pick out their favorite stems to build a "tiny bouquet" to take home. By the end of the day, we had cleared over $100—a total "mind-blown" moment for us considering we started the morning just hoping for the best.
